First Data Visualisation

This is my first attempt to post a Google Fusion Tables map to my Word Press page with a view to working on my MSc Health Informatics project. Click here to go to the interactive map and play 🙂

I’m really pleased that it appears to work. The process I followed was to download a GFT map, work on it in GFTs in terms of focusing on what I wanted to emphasise – in this case the elevation location of the butterflies. I then decided how I wanted the map to be displayed, by positioning it before I published it. I changed the frame width to 600 x 800, created a legend, copied the html code, created a link button for that code and hey presto – you have the map.
